Accounts registered on behalf of another person, or used by someone other than the registered account holder, will be closed. Any balance in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Access to 345wn and the availability of specific features may vary. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you in your location.
Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login details with anyone else or allow any third party to access your account. 345wn will never ask you to provide your password — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 345wn support immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your 345wn account and enabling any additional security features offered on the platform.
345wn may require identity verification at any stage — on registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time where it is considered necessary. Verification typically involves providing a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. Accounts that do not complete verification when requested may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete.
You may request to close your 345wn account at any time by contacting support. 345wn also reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict an account at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud, Terms violations, or other conduct that the platform considers harmful. In such cases, legitimate balances may be paid out following investigation, subject to satisfactory verification.
345wn processes all deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the Deposit section of your account. These limits may be reviewed and updated from time to time.
You must only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts or payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — is not permitted. Where third-party funding is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.
Deposits are credited to your 345wn balance promptly once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary slightly by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically near-instant.
All balances, bets, wins, bonuses and withdrawals on 345wn are denominated in PKR. There are no conversion fees for Pakistani players using supported local payment methods.
To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must be fully verified and your available balance must exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold for your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your own name that match your 345wn account details.
345wn conducts identity and source of funds checks as part of the withdrawal process. You may be asked to provide ID, proof of address and evidence of the payment method before a withdrawal is approved. This is a standard process and applies to all withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or at the platform's discretion.
Standard withdrawal processing typically takes between 1 and 3 business days from approval. VIP tier holders benefit from faster processing times — Gold tier and above receive priority processing, with Elite tier players eligible for expedited same-day withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa on qualifying requests.

Withdrawals of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not permitted. Only cleared, withdrawable balance can be requested for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds in violation of wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 345wn are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each offer. These terms are published in the Promotions section and include — at minimum — the wagering requirement, the eligible games, the minimum qualifying deposit and the expiry period of the bonus.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted into withdrawable balance. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game types — such as low-edge table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion.
Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players found attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or methods will have their accounts reviewed and all bonuses forfeited.
345wn reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold any associated winnings from accounts where bonus abuse is identified. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or any other conduct that the platform determines to be in bad faith.

The 345wn VIP programme is available to all registered players and operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. VIP points are earned automatically on real money wagers placed across all sections of the platform — sports betting, live casino, slots and fish games.
Daily PKR cashback is the primary benefit of the VIP programme. Cashback is calculated on net daily losses and credited to your account balance on the following morning at the applicable rate for your current tier. Cashback is paid as real PKR with no additional wagering requirement attached to the cashback amount itself.
VIP tier status is subject to a rolling activity evaluation. Players whose wagering activity falls significantly below the level required to maintain their current tier during an evaluation period may have their tier adjusted downward at the next review. 345wn reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits at any time. All game outcomes on 345wn are determined either by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software in the case of standard casino games and slots, or by real physical outcomes in the case of live dealer games streamed from professional studios. 345wn does not influence, manipulate or predict game outcomes.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within each game before you place a bet. 345wn reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time in response to risk management requirements.
In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game, the affected round will be voided and any stakes placed during the malfunctioning round will be returned. Winnings generated from clearly erroneous results — including those resulting from technical faults — will not be paid. 345wn is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its direct control, including player-side connectivity problems.
All sports bets, including cricket, PSL, T20 and football markets, are settled in accordance with the applicable rules for that sport and market type. Bets are settled based on the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body. 345wn reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of irregular betting activity or match manipulation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345wn and will result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
345wn actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, the platform may close the account, withhold balances pending investigation and, where required by law, report the conduct to the appropriate authorities.
345wn collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. 345wn does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted, 345wn's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of the player's real money balance at the time the claim arises. 345wn is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.
